We started this production process around five years ago, when Rose was pregnant with Mariah. We knew we had to get the shooting of the prenatal yoga done before it was too late ( it was shot with Rose in the end of her pregnancy). We have had a number of pregnant women try the series now and they report liking the fact that it’s more engaging (more vinyasa) than many other prenatal yoga videos.
Rose’s sister Kate Fitzgerald, directed, shot, and edited all of the videos except the Core Yoga which was shot by our friend Michael Conti in Boulder, Co. The Prenatal was shot in our home. The Gentle and Inner Light Series were shot by beautiful Cupsaw Lake in Ringwoood, NJ. The Fire Series and Ashtanga Vinyasa Short Form were shot in Beach Haven, NJ.
For those newer to yoga or who enjoy a gentler approach we recommend the Gentle and Inner Light Series. For those who enjoy a stronger practice we recommend the Fire Series.
