It doesn't matter how long you have practiced something - months, years - it can always be beneficial to go back to the beginning. Sometimes the basics are the hardest part of a practice. The patience, just learning to slow the breath, quieting the mind, waiting in stillness, not knowing what direction you go next. Honestly, the beginners are not much different than the advanced practitioners. Sometimes it is great just to have an opportunity to learn something new for the first time or to learn it again, as though it's for the first time.

Please join me for this wonderful exploration of Kundalini yoga. A practice designed for women to strengthen the organs, balance the hormones, and steady the mind. All levels welcome.
