KUNDALINI YOGA AND MEDITATION FOR THE LARGE INTESTINE AND LUNGS with TARA FARLEY

This focus of this class is to let go. The main function of the large intestine and lungs is to rid the body of pollutants and waste. Through our poses we will be helping our bodies and our mind to let go and release. Since the large intestine and lung meridian flows through the arms and chest, we will be doing a lot of upper body movements and breath work. This class is open to anyone who wants to let go, lighten up and breathe.

This workshop is especially beneficial when taken in conjunction with the Meridian Energy, Pressure Points and Energy Work for the Large Intestine and Lungs workshop that follows it. The two will provide a greater understanding of the organs and how to help strengthen them.
