ASHTANGA VINYASA FIRST & SECOND SERIES INTENSIVES with RAJI THRON: Friday, January 18th & Saturday, January 19th in Ramsey

First Series: Friday, January 18th, 7:00-9:00 pm
Second Series: Saturday, January 19th, 1:00-3:00

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, in its intensity, consistency and challenge, is the basis of vinyasa and “power” yoga styles. The first series develops strength, strong breath and bandha connection, deeper forward bends, twists and hip flexibility. Discover for yourself the reality behind the myth – the practice is grounding, meditative and healing.

Second series offers interesting and challenging poses such as dwipadasirsanasana (two legs behind the head), pincha mayurasana (forearm balance), and mayurasana (peacock). Although some of you might not be able to accomplish these yet, don’t let that deter you from coming to explore how to progress towards them in this fun and informative workshop.

Registration: $35 per person, per intensive until January 12th. $40 per person, per intensive thereafter.
