Along the central axis of the spine lie energetic “wheels” known as the chakras. These energy centers function as transmitting stations to both process and absorb all that we encounter, as well as expressing ourselves from our deepest core, outwards to the external world.
Using a specially designed sequence of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mantra, Lisa will guide a practice to connect with the subtle energetic qualities of each chakra, ending with a chakra meditation.

This workshop is for all levels. Beginners welcome.
