Please join Candy for Yin Yoga with live music from Johnny Scifo. A perfect way to end your busy week. Yin is a way to enhance your energy and calm your nervous system simultaneously. Through a series of long held passive poses and meditative breathing, you will find release in your body.

In this one hour session Rose will guide, witness and hold space for the group as each individual works to bring their body back to a state of homeostasis.
