Qi Gong is a slow moving, energetically stimulating exercise to help bring the body into balance. Meridian Yoga is a form of Yoga that works each organ individually for health and detox.

In this workshop, we’ll be practicing subtle yet powerful energy movements to help cleanse and strengthen the organs. We’ll also include pressure point techniques to help the body function as a whole.

Creative vinyasa sequences will take you deep into hip opening, twists, forward bends, back bends, fundamental arm balances and inversions. Even if you're not used to a strong practice, alternatives will be given, with a stage-by-stage approach used to move toward the more strenuous/advanced poses.
