Yin yoga is a slower-paced class where students are encouraged to sink deeper within each pose for an extended period of time to lengthen their connective tissue. This class will deepen and enhance flexibility and will also offer the opportunity to deepen your emotional and spiritual practice. Yin yoga typically involves a series of seated and supine postures and are held for 3-5 minutes at a time.
