Our yoga classes provide a safe, supportive and non-competitive environment to begin or grow your yoga practice. We understand that everyone’s circumstance and body is unique and that the practice of yoga should be tailored to the individual. Physically, a yoga practice is about enhancing or maintaining strength, mobility and balance, not about pushing harder to try to achieve crazy poses. On a deeper level, yoga is about clearing tensions and stresses, cleansing the body of toxins and purifying the mind.
